Praxair, Inc. - 2008 Summer Engineering Internship

With annual sales over $8 billion, Praxair, Inc. is a global, Fortune 300 company that supplies atmospheric, process and specialty gases, high-performance coatings, and related services and technologies. Praxair North American Industrial Gases is currently seeking a Summer 2008 Engineering Intern.

Under direct supervision, the intern will be responsible for performing basic engineering calculations, investigations, and tasks as assigned. Prepares or assists in preparing reports, graphs, planning layouts, cost estimates and summaries designed to communicate project progress or results. Interface with internal and external customers/suppliers. Plant Assignments (Baltimore, Memphis, Suffield CT, Hatsfield, PA, Mims, FL, Laporte, Canton, OH) Non Plant Assignment (Tonawanda, NY). The internship will include hands-on activities to support meeting plant operating objectives.

Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Field required.
